High SchoolResponsibilities Test and edit CNC programs. Perform machine setups and operations on various metal-working equipment Monitor cycle times, perform precision adjustments to adhere to specs/revisions Maintain jigs, fixtures, and tooling to support continuous and accurate production. Minimize scrap and waste, use labor efficiently, track all parts on jobs, and maximize throughput using secondary operations (e.g., deburring, cleaning, multi-machine operations) where applicable. Keep machinery, equipment, and work areas clean, safe, maintained, and organized. Collaborate closely with machinists, programmers, and supervisors, and assist in other operational areas to meet production goals.
