EDCO Engineering offers its Aerospace Tube Bender CNC Machinist a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity for challenging work with the ability to grow in a clean, team-based, professional environment. If you are detail oriented and mechanically inclined, we are willing to train you for this position. Job Requirements Sets up and operates various sizes of CNC tube benders to bend different size tubes to required shape. Trims and end forms per technical requirements. Maintains a strong understanding of 3D geometry. Performs measurement of part quality using precision measurement equipment/devices and continually monitors themselves while running production, to ensure the quality of all parts in the area conform to all requirements. Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine, within capabilities, controls or control media as required to ensure quality of production. Reports all machine malfunctions to immediate supervisor. Completes paperwork and logs production as required. Communicates with supervisor, engineers, production control, quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues. Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.
