Education High school diploma/GED Qualifications 2 years of related machining experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong experience with precision grinding and milling. CNC machining experience preferred. Experience with multi-axis machining, including 5-axis grinding and 3-axis milling. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset.
