Job Description

Education High school diploma/GED What We're Looking For 3-5 years of related experience. Experience with CNC machining, grinding, milling, or multi-axis equipment. Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills. A positive attitude, dependable attendance, and desire to learn. Aerospace experience preferred but not required for strong machinists. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a team first mindset. Additional information Export-Controlled Data This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items. ​Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC grinding and milling equipment. Machine high-precision aerospace components to demanding tolerances. Read blueprints, use precision measuring equipment, and make tooling/offset adjustments. Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams to improve processes. Maintain the highest standards for safety, quality, and teamwork.
