What You'll Do Set up, program, and operate

CNC/LATHE

machinery for a variety of precision machining operations, including milling, drilling, grinding, and related processes Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications Monitor machining processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and product quality Inspect completed components for defects and verify dimensions using precision measuring tools Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain tight tolerances and production standards Troubleshoot equipment and machining issues and perform routine maintenance when necessary Work closely with the engineering and production teams to improve processes, efficiency, and overall quality Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What You Bring Proven experience operating and setting up

CNC/LATHE

machines Experience with Fanuc and/or Mazatrol controls Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to confidently read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience using micrometers and other precision measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team Why Join Us?
