Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Machinist or qualified Shear/Punch Operator to support manufacturing operations. This individual will be responsible for operating machining equipment and/or CNC plasma cutting equipment to fabricate parts according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. Hourly rates start at $20-22/hr depending on experience. Skills and Requirements

• Experience operating shear or punch machining equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions
• Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to safely operate shop equipment and tools
• CNC machining experience
• Metal fabrication experience
