We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Setup Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team in Naples, Florida . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, quality-focused machine shop producing critical components for the aerospace industry. Our team specializes in precision machining, prototype development, and short-to-medium production runs, utilizing advanced machining technology and an ISO-driven quality environment. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. Install tooling, fixtures, and adjust machine offsets. Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment. Make adjustments as needed to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot machining issues. Complete production documentation and inspection records. Maintain a safe and efficient work area. Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery of finished parts. Qualifications Experience setting up and operating CNC is required. Ability to read blueprints. Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining practices. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards. Preferred Skills CNC programming experience is not required . CAD/CAM experience is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naples, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00
