Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of precision part creation. You will primarily focus on setting up CNC Milling and Lathe machines and running production parts to meet strict quality requirements. This involves interpreting technical blueprints, performing initial quality checks, and maintaining machine efficiency to deliver components that meet the company's high standards. This is where your expertise directly contributes to the success of the operation, helping not just the company, but your own career, get to a better place.
Working hours:
6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Skills:
Familiarity with a wide variety of CNC milling and lathe machine models. Advanced ability to interpret complex technical blueprints and diagrams. Experience implementing efficiency-improving techniques for machine maintenance. Previous success in high-volume production environments with strict quality standards. Strong track record of identifying and resolving minor mechanical issues during initial quality checks.

Software Edge:
Experience with GibbsCAM or similar programming software.
Hyper-Precision Experience:
Prior work holding very close tolerances (e.g., $+.0002$ on Lathes and $+.0005$ on Mills).
Advanced Tool Knowledge:
Thorough knowledge of cutting tools and machinery across a department setting.
Measurement Proficiency:
Comfortably and accurately using micrometers, verniers, and calipers.
Leadership Potential:
The ability to provide clear machining instructions and guidance to others.
Independent Drive:
A self-starter capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and self-governing daily activities in a fast-paced environment.
