You will primarily focus on setting up CNC Milling and Lathe machines and running production parts to meet strict quality requirements. This involves interpreting technical blueprints, performing initial quality checks, and maintaining machine efficiency to deliver components that meet the company's high standards. PM Skills:

Familiarity with a wide variety of CNC milling and lathe machine models. Advanced ability to interpret complex technical blueprints and diagrams. Experience implementing efficiency-improving techniques for machine maintenance. Previous success in high-volume production environments with strict quality standards. Strong track record of identifying and resolving minor mechanical issues during initial quality checks.
