• Monday to Thursday, 5 AM to 3 PM. 4/10 2nd Shift
• Monday to Thursday, 3 PM to 1 AM (10% Shift Differential). Weekend 1st Shift
• Friday to Sunday, 6 AM to 6 PM (5% Shift Differential). ... 3rd Shift
• Sunday to Thursday, 10 PM to 6:30 AM (10% Shift Differential).

Responsibilities:

Operates all manual, CNC, or EDM machines to perform completely and independently specific operations as outlined in the methods and process sheets Changes, sets, and adjusts precision tools as required Loads and deletes programs in the computer Makes minor adjustments of feeds and speeds on the assigned machine Grinds own cutting tools and drills (other than special purpose tools) Maintains specific tolerances and accurately performs dimensions Checks parts using specified gages or furnished fixtures to ensure dimensions are maintained Performs routine maintenance checks and reports improper machine function Maintains a neat and orderly work area Follows all applicable safety rules and precautions Assists with related training of other employees as needed Performs other related duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Must be able to communicate verbally and have the ability to hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop or crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, at times up to 50 pounds. Personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses and safety shoes) is required on the shop floor While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, electrical equipment, acetone, alcohol, argon, braze alloys, nitrogen, hydrogen, oil-based lubricants and cleaning solutions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moderate cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually middling.
