⚙ Florida Drives & Gearmotors, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Class A Heavy Industrial Manual Machinist to join our established Tampa operation on a part-time basis . If you know your way around manual lathes and mills , can take a challenging job from setup through completion, and take pride in precision craftsmanship, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do

Set up and operate manual lathes and mills
Machine, repair and rework heavy industrial components
Handle custom and one-off machining projects
Work from drawings, dimensions and tolerances
Use micrometers, calipers, indicators and other precision instruments
Determine setups, tooling and machining methods
Troubleshoot and solve real-world machining challenges ⚙What We're Looking For A highly skilled, experienced machinist who can work independently and confidently manage challenging machining jobs from start to finish.
