Our machining equipment includes a Haas VF-5, Haas VF-7, Bridgeport manual mill, and manual lathe. The ideal candidate will be comfortable setting up and operating Haas CNC mills and programming with Mastercam or Fusion 360. We handle a variety of custom, prototype, repair, and short-run production work, so this position requires someone who can work independently, troubleshoot problems, and adapt to different parts and materials.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Haas VF-5 and

VF-7 CNC

vertical mills Program parts using Mastercam or Fusion 360 Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and specifications Select appropriate tooling, workholding, speeds, and feeds Perform first-piece inspections and make necessary program or tool-offset adjustments Inspect completed parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other standard measuring equipment Operate a Bridgeport manual mill and manual lathe as needed Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and dimensional issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work with our fabrication and engineering team to complete jobs efficiently and accurately
