In this role, you'll independently set up and operate Okuma and Mazak CNC turning centers to produce precision valve components that meet demanding quality standards. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented machinists who take pride in producing high-quality work in a safe, team-focused environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate Okuma and Mazak CNC turning centers. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Select tooling, establish work offsets, and make tool wear adjustments. Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections CNC Turning Machinist using precision measuring equipment. Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to maintain quality and productivity. Complete machine changeovers, routine maintenance, and production documentation. Follow all safety, quality, and ISO procedures while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and production teams to meet manufacturing goals.
