Machinist | Day Shift

Adecco is assisting a client recruiting for Machinist opportunities with a global leader in advanced manufacturing and engineering solutions. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, mark, and prepare materials for machining processes
• Set up and operate machines such as band saws, drill presses, and beveling equipment
• Calculate and adjust machine controls (speed, feed, depth of cut, coolant flow)
• Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Perform basic layout work and verify accuracy of finished parts
• Safely use cutting, grinding, and machining equipment
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• 3-5 years of machining or related experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
• Basic math skills (including fractions, decimals, and measurements)
• Understanding of machining fundamentals and tolerances
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and work in an industrial environment
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work around fumes or airborne particles What's in this position for you?

$21.75 - $ 23.75/hour

Shift:

1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Pay Details:
