What You'll Do:
Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce tight-tolerance aerospace components Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges Maintain high quality standards and documentation Troubleshoot machining issues and keep production moving
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of CNC lathe experience (setup and operation) Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge Experience holding tight tolerances Familiarity with Fanuc or similar controls Ability to work independently on 2nd shift You should be proficient in: Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology Aerospace Manufacturing Machine Setups for Production Runs Machines & technologies you'll use: CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki)
