Duties:

+ Operate assigned machines to produce parts to specification + Change perishable tooling and adjust machine settings as needed + Use calibrated gauges and in-process control methods to ensure quality + Monitor production runs and properly mark/control finished products + Complete required paperwork and production records + Assist in training fellow operators + Perform preventative maintenance on machines + Participate in team problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts .

Position Requirements:

+ Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, orderly work area + Use testing devices, chemicals, and material-handling equipment safely + Good speaking, hearing, and vision abilities + Excellent manual dexterity + Work performed in a typical manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and coolants

Requirements:

Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.

Able to Lift 60 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED .

Amsted Automotive, Geneva, IL 60134.
