  • We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Setup Machinist who can independently set up, program (conversational or G-code), and operate multi-axis lathes with live tooling.
This role requires strong blueprint reading, first-article inspection capability, and the ability to troubleshoot programs and tooling issues.

Glendale Heights, IL | Onsite | 1st or 2nd Shift Core Responsibilities & Required Experience This is a hands-on machining role for someone comfortable running production independently. What You Will Do Set up and operate CNC lathes (multi-axis, live tooling preferred) Load programs and make offsets as needed Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Perform first-article inspections and in-process checks Troubleshoot tooling, program, and machine issues Maintain quality and production standards What You Bring 3+ years CNC lathe setup experience Experience with multi-axis lathes and live tooling preferred Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments Experience making program edits or conversational programming Strong attention to detail and quality A bit about us:
