A-1 Tool Corporation is a precision mold manufacturing company seeking an experienced Tool & Mold professional to join our team. We are looking for someone who understands tight tolerances, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can work independently in a professional toolroom environment. This is not a production button-pushing position — we build molds. What You'll Do Perform precision machining for mold components on state-of-the-art CNC Machining centers 3, 4, and 5 axis. Perform your own setups and MDI programming using various Cam Software Work from Solid Models and CAD drawings Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards Collaborate with mold makers and CNC programmers What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of tool & mold making experience Strong CNC machining background Ability to read and interpret blueprints Deep understanding of tolerances and precision measurement Self-motivated and dependable We're looking for skilled professionals — not entry-level operators.
