CNC Machinist | 1st Shift | Aerospace Manufacturing Machine Precision Aerospace Components and Grow Your Career Are you an experienced CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision work? Shift:

Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Overtime available as needed Additional hours may be available based on production demands What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, primarily Haas and Mazak machines Machine aerospace components to precise specifications Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections Use calipers, micrometers, indicators, and CMM equipment to verify quality Adjust tooling, offsets, and fixtures to maintain tight tolerances Apply GD&T principles throughout setup, production, and inspection processes Identify and troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime Complete production and inspection documentation accurately Support and assist operators as needed while contributing to team success Follow all quality and safety procedures What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills Experience performing machine setups, tooling changes, and offset adjustments Working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Basic math and geometry skills Must meet U.S. Person requirements for ITAR-controlled programs Preferred Qualifications Experience with Haas or Mazak CNC equipment Familiarity with Fanuc or similar CNC controls Aerospace manufacturing experience Experience performing first article and in-process inspections Previous lead, mentoring, or operator training experience Why Join Our Team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
