Full Job Description Description:

The Multi-Turret CNC Machinist will operate CNC multi-turret lathes to manufacture precision components while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Candidates with setup experience are encouraged to apply, but setup experience is a plus—not a requirement. We are willing to train the right individual who has a machining background and a desire to grow. Essential Responsibilities Operate multi-turret CNC lathes to produce precision machined parts. Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Make basic machine offset adjustments as needed. Monitor machine performance and notify supervisors of tooling or quality concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Work with team members to meet production schedules and quality expectations. Assist with machine setups when needed and continue developing setup skills.

Requirements:

Previous CNC machining experience preferred. Experience operating CNC lathes or turning centers is a plus. Experience with Miyano machines is a plus, but not required. Machine setup experience is preferred but not required. Ability to read basic blueprints and use common precision measuring tools. Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Why Join Kadon Precision?
