CNC Mill Machinist Job Responsibilities:
Set up and run Haas CNC mills. Write, edit, and adjust CNC programs at the machine control as needed. Understand and select the correct tooling, tool holders, and workholding for the work being performed. Set and adjust tool and work offsets. Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications, commonly around .001" and occasionally as close as .0005". Measure parts for conformance to specifications using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gauges, and other appropriate measuring instruments. Adjust machine speeds and feeds and change cutters or inserts as needed to machine parts properly and efficiently. Verify part dimensions after tooling, insert, offset, or program changes. Identify problems and make appropriate corrections as needed. Keep the work area safe, clean, and organized. •Benefits:

Previous CNC mill machining experience sufficient to perform the position independently. Ability to read and interpret part drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and surface-finish requirements. Proficiency with common precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and gauges. Working knowledge of practical machining math. Preferred Experience Haas CNC mills and controls, including 3 and 4 axis. High-mix, low-volume or job-shop machining. GD&T knowledge and experience. Renishaw probing systems.Benefits
