We are seeking a CNC Machinist for the 2nd shift to join our manufacturing team. Duties Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines, ensuring proper machine configuration and tooling. Develop and modify CNC programs using G-code, M-code, and CAM software such as Mazatrol, to produce complex parts. IConduct machine calibrations, adjustments, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance. Execute manual machining operations when necessary to support production or tooling modifications. Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement initiatives related to machining processes. Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC lathes and mills in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CNC programming languages including G-code, M-code, and Mazatrol. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, mechanical blueprint interpretation, and GD&T standards. Knowledge of CAD software like SolidWorks or AutoCAD is preferred for tooling design or modifications. Basic math skills for calculations related to measurements and tolerances. Experience with manufacturing standards related to CNC quality inspection and measurement accuracy. Ability to interpret technical drawings and mechanical blueprints effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-volume production settings. #GRP2
