World Wide Fittings is located in Vernon Hills, IL. Looking for candidates to fill positions for experienced Acme Machinists. World Wide MFG Building Facility is

during the SUMMER and HEATED in WINTER to provide our employees a comfortable working environment all year round. Pay will be based upon experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate and Maintain Acme Screw Machines. Ensure production efficiencies and quality with tooling changes, tooling adjustments and machine repairs during production Submit first piece samples and documentation to Quality Control. Acme Setup for new job production Work with Plant Manager and Leads to resolve any tooling or setup problems that occur during daily operations. Verify the setup is approved and the machine is ready for production prior to running production. Follows print requirements to produce parts to exacting customer specifications.
