Competitive; based on experience Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator & Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high‑quality parts that meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and production goals. Responsibilities Program CNC machines using G-code and/or Mastercam software Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions Select tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters Make offsets and program edits to maintain tolerances Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize cycle times Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Perform routine machine maintenance and follow safety standards Qualifications 2+ years of CNC machining experience (programming and operation) Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge Proficiency with CNC programming and setup a plus Experience working with tight tolerances Familiarity with common precision measuring tools Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience with CAM software (Mastercam a plus) Knowledge of multiple materials (steel, aluminum, stainless, etc.) Exposure to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing Experience with multi‑axis machining (a plus) Okuma Multis 250 - mill / turn CNC lathe and mill this is the one we need the most Mazak Lathes Doosan Mills Hurco Mills Haas Mills Hass Horizontal Big Mill Benefits Competitive wages Medical, dental, vision, life and short term disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays
