Citizen Swiss CNC Machinist Franklin, IN | 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts | $25-$35/hour We're hiring experienced machinists to work with Citizen Swiss-type turning centers at our Franklin location. If you can set up machines, solve tooling problems, and take pride in making accurate parts, we'd like to talk with you. What you'll do Set up and operate Citizen Swiss-style CNC lathes Read blueprints and inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications Change tools, adjust offsets, and troubleshoot machining issues Use precision measuring devices and optical comparators What we're looking for Hands-on experience with Citizen Swiss-style CNC lathes Ability to work independently on setups, tooling changes, and offsets Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills Pay and benefits $25-$35 per hour to start , based on your Citizen experience and setup skills Pay review after 60 days, with opportunities for strong performers to increase their pay quickly Medical, dental, vision, limited disability, and life insurance 401(k) with a company contribution Paid holidays Paid sick time Interested?
