The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with manual lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses, balancing equipment, and welding , along with strong blueprint-reading and precision measurement skills. Available Shifts 2nd

- 7:00 AM There are 2 openings per shift .
Key Responsibilities Operate manual lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses, welders, and balancing equipment Perform turning, milling, threading, boring, drilling, grinding, and dynamic balancing Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Use precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other gauges Verify component dimensions and tolerances throughout the machining process Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, and Oxy-Acetylene processes as needed Perform metal spray processes when required Document measurements, calculations, and completed work according to company standards Troubleshoot machining issues and work effectively in non-standard situations Maintain a safe and organized work environment Work independently as well as collaboratively with the team Required Qualifications 3+ years of related machining or mechanical experience High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong understanding of fractions, decimals, measurements, and tolerances Hands-on experience with manual machining equipment Experience using precision measuring instruments Strong problem-solving skills Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Preferred Qualifications Technical certificate or Associate degree in a mechanical/electrical field Experience with dynamic balancing Experience with multiple welding processes, including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Oxy-Acetylene Experience with metal spray processes Experience working in an industrial manufacturing or industrial automation environment
