4 10's Monday - Thursday 7am - 6pm. About the Role We are a high-mix job shop looking for a skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer who isn't just a "button pusher." You'll be taking projects from a digital model in Fusion 360 to a finished part. This is a hands-on role that requires a mix of technical programming expertise and "old school" machining intuition.
What You'll Be Doing Programming:
Utilize Fusion 360 to create efficient toolpaths for both milling and turning operations. Our parts vary from industrial components and automation assemblies to custom motorsports products.
Setup & Operation:
Perform full setups, tool offsets, and part inspections on our 3-axis Haas mills and Haas lathes.
Fabrication:
Set up and operate CNC Press Brakes to ensure precision bends and high-quality finished products.
Quality Control:
Inspect your own parts to ensure they meet tolerances and specifications.
Problem Solving:
Optimize existing programs to improve cycle times and tool life. What We're Looking For Fusion 360
Proficiency:
You should be an proficient in navigating the CAM workspace, selecting tools, inspecting tool paths for interference and generating G-code.
Haas Experience:
Proven experience running Haas machines (milling and turning).
Press Brake Knowledge:
Familiarity with CNC press brake programming and back-gauge adjustment is desired but not necessary. We will provide training if you meet our other qualifications.
Independence:
The ability to look at a print or a 3D model and determine the best workflow from start to finish. Attention to
