Responsibilities Operate CNC machines, including Fanuc systems, Mazak Smooth controls, and Haas to produce parts based on engineering drawings and specifications. Program CNC machines using CAD software to create precise machining instructions. Fabricate components by setting up and adjusting machine tools, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements. Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers, to verify dimensions of finished products. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise during production. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in programming CNC machines; experience with CAD software is a plus. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
