This role is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who can complete complex, multi-step assemblies with precision, consistency, and a focus on quality. Each build requires advanced mechanical competency and attention to detail, with assembly cycles ranging from 45-90 minutes per unit .

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Position Summary The Hydro-Mechanical Assembly Specialist is responsible for completing end-to-end mechanical subassemblies that require torque discipline, hydraulic fitting knowledge, and the ability to follow structured work instructions. This is not an entry-level assembly role — candidates must be comfortable handling technical, multi-step builds in a production environment where quality and accuracy are critical. Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities Perform staged mechanical assembly of components such as axles, wheels, radiators, and hydraulic systems Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and assembly documentation Ensure correct torque specifications and proper component installation Support production flow from receiving → assembly → run-in testing → QA check → pack Identify and report defects, mechanical issues, or inconsistencies Maintain safe work practices and organized workstations Meet production timelines while maintaining high quality standards Lift components up to 50 lbs as needed Minimum Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical ability Ability to complete multi-step mechanical builds independently Comfortable using hand tools, torque tools, and mechanical equipment Ability to read and follow technical instructions or diagrams Strong attention to detail and quality mindset Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Backgrounds Automotive Technicians Vo-Tech Graduates Agricultural Mechanics Mechanical Assembly Technicians Equipment or Machinery Technicians Skills Required Mechanical reasoning and troubleshooting ability Precision and consistency in assembly tasks Ability to follow structured processes and documentation Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional attitude and reliability Work Environment & Culture Climate-controlled facility Structured training process Professional, low-drama workplace culture Safety-focused production environment
