2 Grow your machining career in a precision manufacturing environment. We're hiring an entry-level CNC Lathe Machinist to help produce small-to-medium machined components (such as flanges and fittings). This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of machining/CNC experience who's eager to learn and advance. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC lathes using setup sheets, work instructions, and blueprints Load/unload materials and parts safely and efficiently Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges) Make minor adjustments and tool offset changes to maintain part quality Complete secondary tasks as needed (deburr, tap, polish) Accurately complete production/inspection documentation Maintain a clean, organized, safety-first work area and follow quality procedures What We're Looking For High school diploma/GED required (technical/vocational machining training preferred) 1-2 years CNC machining experience (CNC lathe preferred) Ability to read blueprints and understand basic GD&T Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
