This is a hands-on technical role. You'll spend your day running CNC equipment, dialing in setups, and making sure parts come off the machine right the first time. At a glance, we're looking for: CNC equipment operation, setup, and calibration experience Ability to read fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications Strong attention to detail and quality focus Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills on CNC/fabrication equipment Reliable, organized, and able to work independently on a production schedule Nice to have: MIG/TIG welding, press brakes, mills, lathes Experience training or mentoring other machine operators Interest in growing into a production leadership or shift-lead role Automotive, off-road, powersports, or motorsports experience What You'll Do Operate, set up, and calibrate CNC fabrication equipment for daily production runs. Maintain tooling, fixtures, and processes to keep quality consistent across runs. Troubleshoot equipment issues as they come up and flag anything that needs deeper maintenance. Work with the production team to keep parts flowing on schedule. Help train other operators on CNC processes as needed, and work with leadership to identify ways to improve setup times, reduce scrap, and keep equipment running smoothly.
