Job Description

This position is a
DIRECT HIRE ROLE
from day one
Responsibilities:
  • Setup and operate CNC lathe and/or milling machines
  • Setup and operate manual machines
  • Review samples, drawings, blueprints, or instructions to understand job specifications
  • Plan machining operations and determine the proper sequence of tasks
  • Set up machines and determine batch size, speeds, and feeds
  • Monitor machine operation, adjust settings, and identify issues during production
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with CNC lathe and/or milling machines
  • Experience operating manual, semi-automated, or automated machines
  • Experience with calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring tools
  • Knowledge of metal properties and machining processes
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals Hours are: Monday through Friday - 7am to 3:30pm The pay is up to $33.
