- both barfeeders and chuck (OKUMA / NAKAMURA) ```Duties```
- Set up and productively operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations, with the ability to read and edit programs (G codes / M codes)
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Select and install cutting tools, adjust machine settings, and monitor the machining process to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications
- Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment ```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
- Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls and programming
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations
- Ability to assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot machinery
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and precision measuring instruments This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
