A basic understanding of machining experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidate who may have the following experience. The ideal candidate will: Have experience working in a manufacturing environment. Ability to operate CNC Lathes CNC milling (will provide training) Basic blueprint reading Basic understanding of measuring tools: Micrometers, calipers, micro height. The ability to understand basic math Computer and technical skills Must be willing to cross train on other machinery: Molding press's, laser marking, prototrak milling machine, packing, assembly and work in a team environment. Be able to understand and follow established procedures and work instructions. Have a basic understanding of shop routers/travelers or be willing to learn. Work effectively as part of a team. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.
