Essential Job Functions Set up and operate manual machines, including lathes, drill presses, saws, and grinders. Maintain machines and tools in good working condition. Sharpen knives and scissors. Service steel rule dies, including sharpening blades and replacing punches. Perform basic mold repairs, including repairing mold marks, updating date codes, making or changing poppets, and making simple tools. Read blueprints and other tool design documentation. Fabricate and modify basic tooling and components. Make recommendations to supervisors to improve process flow. Perform basic inspections. Use various hand and power tools. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools, parts, paperwork, and other materials are stored properly. Comply with applicable company and site policies and procedures. Work in other functional areas as needed to support business needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or

years of relevant experience. Trade school education or related work experience preferred. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
