Whether you're building your machining career or you're an experienced CNC machinist who can independently handle complex setups and troubleshooting, we want to hear from you! We're seeking CNC Mill Machinists to operate, set up, and troubleshoot CNC milling equipment in a precision manufacturing environment. Opportunities are available for machinists at three skill levels, with pay based on experience and technical abilities.

  • 33/hr What You'll Be Doing Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components according to production specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, part prints, job routers, tooling instructions, and operation control plans. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to tooling, speeds, feeds, and cycle times as appropriate to your experience level. Perform dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and other precision measuring equipment. Monitor machining processes, inspect finished products, and maintain established quality standards. Perform CNC machine setups, tool changes, and troubleshooting based on your experience. Identify and resolve machining issues involving tooling, fixtures, programs, and equipment. Maintain proper lubrication and cooling of workpieces. Follow established safety procedures, TPM practices, and 5S standards. Participate in continuous improvement activities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and maintain product quality. Experience Levels & Qualifications Machinist I $18
  • 24/hr Entry-Level / Developing CNC Machinist Ideal for candidates with fundamental machining knowledge who can operate CNC mills and perform production machining with established instructions.
Understanding of basic machining principles. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation. Experience operating CNC equipment and monitoring production. Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic shop math skills. Ability to maintain product quality and follow established production procedures. Machinist II $22
  • 28/hr Experienced CNC Mill Machinist / Setup Ideal for candidates who can perform repeat setups, make machine adjustments, and troubleshoot common CNC machining problems.
Experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines, including 3-axis milling equipment. Ability to perform minor setups and move existing setups between machines. Understanding of CNC programs, tooling, fixtures, and machining processes. Experience adjusting tool positions, making tool changes, and monitoring speeds and feeds. Ability to troubleshoot standard machining problems. Strong blueprint reading, inspection, and precision measurement skills. Experience maintaining production efficiency and quality. Machinist III $26
  • 33/hr Highly Skilled CNC Mill Machinist / Advanced Setup Ideal for experienced machinists who can independently perform complex setups, troubleshoot advanced machining problems, and support new product introduction.
Ability to perform new product CNC setups from start to finish with minimal supervision. Advanced knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, fixtures, and workholding techniques. Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex CNC machining problems. Strong understanding of advanced GD&T, including true position, bonus tolerances, datums, and datum structures. Ability to inspect complex components and verify new product specifications. Experience supporting programmers and engineers during new product prove-outs. Ability to recommend tooling, fixture, and process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve quality. Experience training and providing technical assistance to less experienced machinists. Additional Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to interpret technical instructions and use shop math. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Ability to frequently lift or move items weighing 10-50 pounds. Apply Today!
