Job Summary:

Setup and operate CNC machinery such as, but not limited to: HAAS VF type

Milling Machines ProtoTrak Milling Machines Job Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate CNC Milling Machines (HAAS, ProtoTrak, or similar)
• Change offsets and tools as necessary
• Machine parts, de-bur, load and clean parts
• Provide shop support as needed
• Keep CNC running at all times
• Change tools when worn out
• Editing CNC programs as needed
• Maintain CNC Machinery according to maintenance schedules
• Communicate all concerns, issues, problems, etc. directly to Production Manager
• Inspect parts from initial set up, maintain inspection reports, reorder tooling, maintain equipment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, vocational schooling or apprentice training is preferred
• Knowledge of CNC Machine controls
• Basic G-code understanding
• Use of measuring tools
• Saw cutting raw materials, deburing & polishing parts.
• Use of Surface Grinders
• 3+ years of experience required

$24.00 - $34.00 per hour
