DIRECT HIRE ROLE
from day one
Responsibilities:
Set up molds, injection molding machines, and equipment. Start production jobs and establish/adjust process parameters to produce quality parts. Troubleshoot molding defects, process issues, material problems, and equipment-related concerns. Maintain proper resin/material control, including drying requirements and material identification. Complete required process documentation and communicate production/process status
Qualifications:
Previous experience with injection molding manufacturing experience preferred. Hands-on knowledge of injection molding processes, molds, machines, and auxiliary equipment. Must be able to independently set up, start, troubleshoot, and process production molds with minimal supervision. Experience diagnosing common molding defects and determining appropriate process corrections. Familiarity with engineering resins such as PC, ABS, PBT, PMMA, and POM. Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and work instructions. Experience working in a quality-controlled manufacturing environment;
AS9100D, IATF
16949, and/or
ISO 9001
experience is a plus. Hours are Monday through Friday - 7am to 3:30pm The pay is $42.00 an hour based on experience Benefits Health Insurance Paid Vacation Sick Time 401(k)
