We're growing our team and looking for an organized, proactive HVAC Installation Project Coordinator to help keep residential installation projects on schedule and the details under control. You'll be the connection point between the installation team, customers, sales, vendors, subcontractors, and office staff . From preparing a job before installation to keeping everyone updated when plans change, you'll help make sure projects move smoothly from start to finish. If you're naturally organized, communicate well, and like being the person who keeps everything on track, this could be a great fit. Your Role in the Operation You'll help manage the details that keep our installation department running efficiently: Maintain daily installation schedules Prepare job folders and paperwork Coordinate permits and inspections Arrange subcontractors and outside resources Communicate schedules and changes Keep customers updated on project details Coordinate information between office and field teams Follow up with homeowners after sales and installations Track project details and outstanding items Work closely with the Installation Manager You'll Work With a Lot of Moving Parts No two days will look exactly the same. You may be updating a schedule one minute, coordinating an inspection the next, and helping a homeowner understand a schedule change shortly after.
The right person will be:
Organized and detail-oriented Responsive and dependable Comfortable juggling priorities Confident communicating by phone and email Able to work independently Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Quick to spot and address problems
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years in an office or administrative role Scheduling or coordination experience Project coordination or dispatch experience Home-services or trades experience ServiceTitan experience Multi-line phone experience Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills Mapping or route-planning experience What You'll Earn $23
