Adecco is hiring for CNC Machinists in Watertown! These are direct hire positions.

Schedules:

1st shift: Monday-Friday 7am-330pm 2nd shift: Monday- Friday 3pm-1130pm Pay rate: $27-33 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload CNC machines for daily production runs Inspect finished parts and perform basic troubleshooting when needed Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the production process

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred (will train motivated candidates) Familiarity with machining concepts and basic CNC operations Proficient with precision inspection tools (verniers, micrometers, indicators, etc.) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team If you are interested, please apply with your updated resume!

Pay Details:
