CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist M-F 6am-430pm (50 hour work week) Optional out at 2:30pm Fridays! (48 hour work week) Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking for a new role at a company who values you and your skills?

We are rapidly expanding and in need of skilled machinists to add to our team! Overview We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist and a CNC Lathe Machinist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining, ideally with aerospace experience. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work collaboratively. We are a true job shop so if you enjoy variety in your work, this is the role for you! Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Utilize tools such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and power tools to measure and inspect products. Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints, applying GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles. Assemble components as required, ensuring all parts fit together correctly and function as intended. Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to machinery settings. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience Proven experience as a CNC Machinist Experience in aerospace or machining to tight tolerances medical, green energy, etc. Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques. Experience with Mazak and Fanuc controls is desirable Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
