This role supports low-volume, high-mix production for aerospace, defense, mission-critical hardware, state-of-the-art manufacturing, and high-performance industries. You'll work hands-on with titanium, exotic materials, alloys, and other advanced materials, taking on complex machining challenges that demand true craftsmanship. If you enjoy solving tough problems, working directly with engineers, and producing high-quality parts, along with paid training, this opportunity is for you. TRAK CNC
mills and CNC lathes.- Interpret blueprints, GD&T, CAD models, and process instructions.
- Perform tool setup, offsets, work holding, and machine adjustments.
- Inspect first articles and production parts using precision measuring equipment.
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to improve efficiency and quality.
- Document production activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ProtoTRAK, HAAS, or Mazatrol controls.
- G-code programming knowledge.
- Prototype, toolroom, or low-volume/high-mix machining experience.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and inspection techniques.
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred. What We Offer
