Responsibilities include reading designs, installing tools and workpieces, operating both manual and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, monitoring quality, performing routine maintenance, and inspecting finished parts for accuracy and defects. Key skills for a machinist are strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work with both manual and advanced machinery. ET_PB01
