Job Description
Overview Full Time - In Person $20-$28/hr Experience preferred Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manual Machinist Helper and be a vital part of precision metalworking operations! Role includes assisting machinists in setting up and operating manual and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. Duties Set up and operate manual machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Utilize milling machines and other machining tools to fabricate components. Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to tolerances. Program CAM software for efficient machining processes. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve manufacturing processes. Maintain equipment and tools in optimal working condition. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and policies Requirements Proven experience as a machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CNC machining and programming. Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tools, including milling machines. Familiarity with Mazatrol, Fanuc controls, and CAM programming is a plus. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
