We are looking for a dependable and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. Job Summary The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machining equipment to manufacture parts according to customer drawings and specifications. This position requires the ability to read blueprints, select appropriate tooling, make machine adjustments, inspect finished parts, and consistently maintain required tolerances. Experience with Hurco CNC machines and conversational programming is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills and other machining equipment Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Program and edit CNC programs as required Set work offsets, tool offsets, speeds, and feeds Select and install proper tooling, fixtures, and workholding Perform machine setups for new and repeat production jobs Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment Verify parts meet dimensional and quality requirements Make adjustments to programs and tooling to maintain tolerances Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and setup issues Monitor tool wear and replace tooling when necessary Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area Accurately document completed work and inspection results Work with engineering, quality, and production personnel to resolve manufacturing issues Follow all company safety and quality procedures Qualifications Previous CNC machining experience preferred Experience setting up CNC machines strongly preferred Ability to read and understand manufacturing blueprints Understanding of machining tolerances and basic GD&T Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools Knowledge of cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining practices Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Preferred Experience Hurco CNC mills Hurco conversational programming CNC milling Programming and editing at the machine Machining steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals Low-volume / high-mix manufacturing Tight-tolerance machining GD&T and blueprint interpretation What We Offer Full-time, day-shift position Competitive pay based on experience Consistent work schedule Opportunities to learn and grow with the company Modern manufacturing environment Variety of machining and fabrication projects Team-oriented workplace Schedule Full-Time | Day Shift Compensation Pay based on experience and machining capabilities.
