Job Description

Looking to hire CNC Machinists for Swiss-Style Lathes! What You'll Do Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines to produce precision components. Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality. Troubleshoot machine, tooling, setup, and production issues. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and GD&T requirements. Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools. Verify parts meet dimensional, tolerance, and quality specifications. Complete routine equipment maintenance and report mechanical concerns. Maintain clean, safe, and organized production areas. Collaborate with operators, programmers, quality personnel, and leadership to improve production performance. What We're Looking For At least five years of CNC machine operation experience. Experience setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machinery. Gantry-style, Swiss-style, or mill-turn lathe experience is preferred. Murata or Star CNC machine experience is a strong plus. Working knowledge of high-speed machining and production procedures. Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools. Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable work ethic with the ability to stand and walk throughout the shift. Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn, receive coaching, and take initiative. Why Join?
