Job Description

A well-established precision manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join its on-site team. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday opportunity for a dependable machinist who takes pride in quality work, accurate setups, and producing complex parts in a job-shop environment. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC mills and/or CNC lathes. Interpret complex blueprints, program sheets, and work instructions. Perform turning, milling, drilling, boring, and related machining operations to close tolerances. Complete machine setups, changeovers, and tooling adjustments. Inspect and gauge finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications. Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for machines, tooling, and parts. Work collaboratively with the production team while maintaining dependable attendance. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of CNC mill and/or CNC lathe experience. Strong blueprint-reading, measurement, inspection, and gaging skills. Experience in a low-volume, high-mix job-shop environment is preferred. Multi-axis mill or machining-center experience is a plus. Familiarity with Okuma, DMU, and HAAS equipment is preferred. Manual mill or manual lathe experience is a plus. A team-oriented attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent attendance.
