Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and independent CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and machining a variety of parts, ensuring they meet precise specifications and quality standards. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can complete tasks without supervision.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts as per job prints or provided data. Prepare the machine at the start of each workday, including powering it on and performing necessary checks. Machine parts to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards. Conduct minor machine maintenance with all company policies and procedures, ensuring the safety of yourself and your co-workers.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in CNC mill operation, setup, and program editing. Proficient in 3 and/or 5 axis machining. Some understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Must possess own tools. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience with Fidia, Fanuc, Heidenhain controllers, and Haas. Aerospace experience a plus.
