Independently operate CNC lathes. Use standard measuring tools (Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gages) to ensure accuracy. Accurately interpret blueprints and process drawings. Demonstrate knowledge of machining and technology. Assist with tooling, programming and setup. Work overtime (50-55 hours weekly as needed). Experience in machine maintenance is a plus.

Maintain a positive, learning-oriented attitude. Collaborate effectively with team members and management. Offer suggestions for continuous process improvement.
Education and Experience:
High School Graduate or GED 6+ years of experience preferred
