If you have experience running multi-axis CNC mills and/or lathes, can hold tight tolerances, read a print, make offsets and adjustments, and take pride in making a damn good part, we want to talk to you. This is skilled work. We expect you to bring the experience — and we'll give you the environment to put it to good use.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Real-world CNC machining experience — Mill, Lathe and/or Multi-Axis Experience with 4th/5th axis machining is a big plus Someone who understands feeds, speeds, tooling, workholding and setups Someone who can read and understand complex blueprints and GD&T Someone who knows how to hold tight tolerances and cares about quality Ability to make tool offsets, wear adjustments and program edits when needed Someone comfortable troubleshooting when things don't go exactly as planned A machinist who can work independently and owns their work Someone who can look at a problem and work with the team to figure it out Someone who actually gives a sh•t about the parts they're making
