Compensation:
Starting pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour.Core Responsibilities:
Construct and assemble various types of industrial equipment and machinery. Analyze and interpret complex mechanical drawings and assembly schematics. Ensure mechanical components are properly fitted, aligned, and installed. Help maintain operational efficiency by installing gearboxes, motors, shafts, bearings, and conveyor systems. Manage the integration of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Utilize precision measurement instruments to confirm that all parts meet strict tolerance and alignment standards. Resolve technical issues and perform necessary calibrations during the testing and assembly phases. Utilize a variety of shop equipment, power tools, and hand tools.Required Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of professional background in industrial assembly or machine construction. Proficiency in interpreting and executing tasks based on mechanical blueprints. Demonstrate strong mechanical problem-solving capabilities to improve overall machine performance. Demonstrated expertise in the application of precision measuring devices. Must own a personal set of basic hand tools. Valid driver's license paired with dependable personal transportation. Commitment to fostering a secure and safe environment for all personnel on the job site.
